Our Classes

Level 1 (Shoden): Introduces the fundamental principles of Reiki. Focuses on self-helaing and learning basic hand positions for Reiki session. Teaches the Gassho meditation and Byosen Scanning.

Level 2 (Okuden): Teaches the use of Reiki symbols to enhance healing and address past issues and habits. Learn about distance healing and receive attunements to Reiki III.

Level 3 (Shinpiden/Master): Final level, allowing practitioners to teach and attune others. Emphasizes energetic hygiene, prevention of transference, and the maintenance of healthy boundaries.
